Set up the day before, support during the event and take down
- 3:30 pm – 7:30 pm Friday evening
- 4 hours x 2 (staff) – 8 hours
- 1 Plant Manager – 8 hours
- 6:00 am-2:30 pm
- 1 Assist PM – 8 Hours
- 8:00 am-4:30 pm
- 1 B&G – 8 Hours
- 11:30 am-8:00 pm
- 9:30 am – 1:30 pm Sunday – 8 hours
- 4 hours x 2(staff)
Custodial Supplies funding will be provided
- Restrooms in Gym - Toilet Paper, Hand Soap, Towels
Campus Aides – Parking enforcement and school site/ gyms etc. supervision
8:00 am-4:30 pm
- 3 – 4 staff – campus aides/school climate
