Reminder: Transportation requests for all student trips must be received a minimum of 15 working days prior to the trip.

 

 

Nurse's Checklist needs to be submitted to the nurse at least 4 weeks prior to the trip.

Submit the student roster to the cafeteria manager a minimum of 2 weeks before the trip as well.
